Sara made the process so easy. She was very thorough. I was really impressed. She knew all of the material and could ask and answer every question immediately. She made sure I received every upgrade I qualified for. Sara was patient with me and very confident. You could tell she likes her job.
Gwen was so friendly and pleasant and so very patient she took the time to answer all of my questions and was so very helpful.
