I was contacted by this Mayberry Advisers but the caller ID showed up as "Medicare Plan" so i responded and called them back. What a mistake that was. Upon calling the number back they connected me to someone who was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I've been getting the same phone calls that everyone's been getting here lately. The dreaded health insurance calls. Seems like that's the only people we've been able to talk to due to the ridiculously never ending calls per day. I've had a great experience with Mayberry Advisors, and feel confident that my agent, John Suh, found the best plan available to me. I appreciate that he was so knowledgeable and so very helpful. He made sure that I understood everything and was very patient whenever I asked questions. I also feel confident that he will continue to ensure that I have the best plan available for my needs moving forward.
Agent John was very professional and had patience with me when I could not find an item he needed for the application. I have dealt with many CS and agents in the past and usually I hang up after talking to them for not even a minute. But John has that caring attitude that comes through the phone and that is special. You cannot learn that trait. Tell him I enjoyed our time together even if it was business.
Melissa helped me with my insurance needs. She listened to my personal issues that I have. Great to be able to talk about my health issues with a Female that can relate to it.
