I've unfortunately had another disappointing encounter with the owner of Mayday Restorations, marking my second negative experience. Initially, I removed my previous review after the owner reached out and made amends, though it now appears that gesture was superficial. I was hired by the company's owner for a service costing just over $2,000. I had mayday and it was miserable. The only company I know that couldn’t give me an estimate on my roof till they saw what I was getting from insurance. They ordered gutters I didn’t need them they took them , I didn’t get reimbursed for them. 14 boards of plywood. They collected those too with no reimbursement,- that I was billed for. Two weeks ago. I found a roll of nails that my dog stepped on in the garden. never cleaned up. Buyer beware! Beware!

Took off with insurance check no work was done on my home Left myself and 5 children including 1 special needs Verbal threats and blackmail very unprofessional
