I had a tooth extraction leading to an implant. The staff at Mayfair is top notch! From the front desk to the Dr. asst. to Dr. Isler, they are the best ! Dr. Isler cares about his patients and is outstanding at his profession .
New patient visit: I've had bad experiences with previous dental visits and I haven't seen a dentist in quite some time. Irene was my dental hygienist and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I made her aware of my fears and she was very patient and understanding. She made sure to tell me everything she was going to do before doing it. My experience at Mayfair dental today was what I had prayed for, to be caring, relaxed. and painless. The Doctor went above and beyond to please me, when I asked about a tooth, I wasn’t comfortable with, she did what had to be done to correct it without me requesting. Just showing she cares say very well that she cares and it’s not just about finances, she really cares about the patient. I am not stressed out when it’s time to visit. Have no problem going to the dentist, I am comfortable.
Mrs. Jane is an awesome hygienist (apologies if that is not her professional title). I would have definitely changed dental offices after Dr. Johnson retired, if it wasn't for Mrs. Jane. Dr. Johnson was my children's dentist and mine for over 30+ years. We are all at Mayfair now.
I have been going here for about 2 years. I've had some general cleanings and minor procedures. They have the latest technology and are on electronic systems. The dentist, periodontist, hygienist, and all staff are great. They take the time to explain treatment plans, options, and investments. I really appreciate them. I feel like my needs are met and not just another insurance claim. The office itself is beautiful, clean, well lit.
