The total car-buying experience at this dealership was comfortable and informative. Oliver communicated with us during the whole trade/buy process, making it very easy. Darren offered options for warrantees, and everything was explained in detail, with a little touch of humor on the side. And Kevin’s hands=on technical explanations taught us how to enjoy every option on our new vehicle. (We’re still working on that!)

The service advisors and techs at Mazda Cape Cod are great. Everything was done as expected and at the quoted price. Although the dealership is not new, the facility is, so it’s very shiny and clean. The waiting area is very comfortable and has free WiFi. I’ve been taking my car here for three years now since I moved to the area, and never had a bad experience.
