Excellent experience all around, super friendly and great to deal with, definitely highly recommend. Kevin Sanders was super from the first email, to the phone calls and texts, kept me very informed.
Zach is really great. Texted me twice to remind me about the appointment. Was quick with my service and told me Mazda would pick up the repairs on my brakes because I only 10,000 miles. Waited in a pleasant area while my car was serviced.
This was my first service of a new CX5. The Mada dealership on Cape Cod is currently in temporary quarters as a new building is erected. Activity is further bedeviled by the need for masks and separation. Service Manager Zachary and his crew did an excellent job. We chose to sit outside while waiting for our work to be done and Zach brought out chairs for us to rest. The service was completed within the hour as anticipated and all went well. The charge was reasonable. A job well done. .
We were very pleased with Kevin Saunders who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He accommodating in instructing us about the features of the Mazda 5 and offered to review any questions we had after we had a chance to familiarize ourselves with the car. I will recommend him to our friends when they are looking for a new car
