This custom lasagna with and order of cheese bread and a 2 litre costs $20.28 today. I expected a lasagna that would fill this 5 by 8 pan, as it did in 2022 in Tulsa at 51st and Sherridan. I expected something more when I pay more than $10 today for a single item. Service was great though. I felt like I could trust the cashier at least and a call to the Mazzio's phone service gave me a very calm and caring lady who called the store and then offered an explanation and offer to remake my food. Great staff. Manager specifically came and talked to us and asked if there was anything we needed. Staff was busy constantly cleaning up and maintaining items. TVs and atmosphere where great as well. All for a very easy going price on a buffet.

The buffet was delicious. I've never been in a Mazzios that didn't have a great salad bar. So many choices and their ranch dressing is better than any I've ever had. Pizza was just okay but the salad bar and the dessert pizza more than makes up for it. I'm not a huge fan of thin crust and that's all I saw being offered.

I ordered for pick up, went in to get my food and glad I did. The food wasn't ready yet so as I was waiting I noticed the employees were refilling their sauces which is cool but without gloves not cool. Not only were they not using their gloves while refilling sauces but they chose to scoop from in not with a ladle or some other kitchen utensil but with a serving cup and their bare hands. Wouldve rated it way below 1 if possible. Placed an order for lunchtime with my family for delivery. Worst experience ever. I always order calzones four meat four cheese to be exact. This time i ordered 3 calzones and 2 came without cheese. 2nd time that my calzones come without any cheese. I called customer service and i was told give us 25 minutes and we will have ur delivery order redelivered. An hr goes by and no redelivery.
