**Disappointed with the Quality and Customer Service** I’ve been a customer of Mazzio’s for a while, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered wings, and they were the smallest, most pathetic wings I’ve ever received from them. It honestly felt like a joke. The loaded Dippers here are absolutely BOMB! Fresh, delicious, generous. And the prices are better than Dominos, by much.
We are in town for the weekend and wanted to try a place we hadn't heard of. We were going to order from somewhere else but they were closed. But you know what that was good luck on our part because this place was amazing! The food was hot and tasty. The salad was really big and the toasted ravioli was yummy. The calzone ring was neat and they have really good ranch. All in all very satisfied with our order.
My cousin and I ordered Pizza and wings from this location and got food poisoning. I have ordered from the 51st street location in Tulsa Oklahoma and the food was really good and we never got sick. We recommend that if you want to have a good experience try the 51st street location. We can't speak for all locations but we can for these 2.
Ordered pizza from here for delivery never recieved it. My kids went to bed hungry it was late and that's all the money I had at the time. Called to get my money back and they say I have to go to the store and talk to the manager . I dont have a car to get there. Wont give a direct phone number to the store. I order from here quite often. Never had a problem till now . I just want my money back or bring me the order I had placed.
