THE WORST PIZZA EVER!! I know when the food is honestly bad when my 6’4” 250lbs husband says he can’t eat this nasty food!! The pizza here tasted horrible and was burnt!! We USE to eat at this location since the 90’s but now it is so VERY BAD!! Nasty food and filthy dirty restaurant! The pizza crust tasted like BURNT BISQUICK crust!! It's one of the older Pizza chains and the interior decor shows it but the prices , the food and the service was terrific from Brittany the Manager to everyone else did an amazing job the food was fresh the pizza was hearty and the bonus was the salad bar it was simple but perfect , this is the one cleanest establishment I have ever been too and I definitely did not leave hungry or bloated like other chains, for being an older store it was Clean and organized and that made my visit even better. We will definitely be back
I had made a pickup/online purchase for Calzone, pizza, and Cheese dippers. I was happily greeted by Amber. I received amazing service from her aswell as the cooks! I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious and hot. Thank you for reminding me that not everyone is just there for a paycheck!
On 05/31/2024, I placed a pickup order with the call center at 10:30am. I was given a 20 minute wait time. At 10:50am, I showed up to the restaurant for the order. I was told it would be another 20 minutes. At 11:15am, I went to the counter and asked for an update. I was told my order was in the oven. I sat and waited until 11:30am and went back to the counter for an update. I was then told the kitchen staff hasn’t started preparing it yet. I demanded a refund and left. Because the lady who took the order didn't give me my receipt 🧾 when I asked for it . And I was polite. And very respectfully to her. And made comments about the napkins my son had which was only 4 used because of the pizza. The cook was polite and all.
