Absolutely disgusting experience. We ordered pizza from Mazzio’s, and when the box arrived, two roaches crawled out. We immediately called the store and were placed on hold for 20 minutes, only to be told we couldn’t get a refund. The food was completely inedible and the customer service was just as bad. Completely unacceptable and deeply concerning from a health and safety standpoint.
Worst experience ever. I ordered pizzas for a baby shower and all were burnt, dry, no sauce, and hard crust. The calzones, too. Absolutely inedible. Waste of money! They wanted me to send the pizzas back as proof but I wasn't aware of the problem until after the party when I went back to help clean. This was at a work event. Update: I changed my star rating due to today's experience. When the manager is running the store, he gets 5 stars. Only go to this location if the manager that has been there for like 15 years or something. I went today and got charged $8.50ish for a salad bar buffet to go. If I had more time I would of changed to the buffet at that price. The lady working and checked me out was going for the usual size container I get each time I do this so I can have some for lunch and eat rest the next day for lunch to close out the work... read more
The best service I ever had at any Mazzios. Brandon was my cashier and my cook. He smiled the whole time and was friendly. I appreciate the great service.
Best Salad bar I've seen in a while... crisp and fresh. All backed up with an array of pizza that would interest anyone looking for a good place to sit and eat.
