Stopped in on a Saturday morning for a large pizza and a large cheesesticks. Really awful pizza. Flat, greasy pizza. Can tell by the taste and the amount of oil that pools everywhere that they’re using the cheapest ingredients. But the worst part was my cheesesticks were made on a cinnamon dessert base. Disgusting. I called to complain about their mistake. The lady offered to make me a new cheesesticks, but I’m already 30 min away. I’m not wasting another hour+ of my time. The pizza and salad bar was fabulous. I had a variety of pies to choose from, and I piled as many toppings for salad that would fit onto my plate. I easily found a table to enjoy my meal, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Sidenote: When working in any restaurant please do not wipe nose with work gloves on.
Called in order 2.5 hours in advance since I live 30 minutes away. When got there to get order which was told order would take an hour to make the worker came put of the restroom and had not washed her hands. She was then very rude. Got my order and got home just to find out my order was completely wrong. When tried to call no one answered the phone. Atmosphere is dark, service from rude disrespectful employee the night we were there, food poisoning our entire family will never eat at either of there locations. I had stated right from the start what our allergies were and that rude employee made our my husband and my pizza wrong got even more pissed off when we had a manager come to fix the issue. I love the Ken's pizza. The salad bar is good as well, when it is fresh. Some days the salad bar does not look good. Prices when dining in are way too high.
