Took over 15 minutes to arrive once the email said it left the restaurant, its only a 2 minute drive away. Hot food arrived COLD, with warm ranch! When you spend almost $100 you would think it would be made properly. Yeti pizza was suppose to be extra cheese with pineapple one one half and black olives on the other half. You got olives and pineapple on a few peicea wach side extra cheese ONLY in the middle and a few peocea with NO cheese, just sauce. Do better!!!! Years ago I wondered which pizza was my favorite. And so, one evening a friend and I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut, Pizza Inn, Little Caesars, Domino's and Papa John's. (We had no Mazzios or Eagle One in the area.) I would encourage anyone wanting to land on their favorite to run a similar taste test. So, my conclusion is that Mazzios is good but simply not my favorite. ($15 seems a high price to pay for a small vege.)

Food was to be expected but the service was absolutely terrible! I will never spend my money here again. I asked when paying if there was sweet tea available and the cashier said the should be. When I went to fill my cup of course the sweet tea was empty. I told the same lady it was empty and she said ok, I waited 5 minutes, went back to the same lady again and asked if the tea was going to be changed. What is there to say about this Mazzio's except that it sucks. The food has always been subpar, not because the taste is horrible but the staff is incompetent. Orders are always late or wrong, but when the food is cooked right, it's good. Usually they made up for it with good customer service. Not anymore. The place seems to be under new management and boy they are some winners. This place is terrible. The people there are rude. We order to go and we go to pick it up, they forget to make it, they locked the door behind us at 9:30 when they close at 10. We check the pizza and it was made wrong. We have to bang on the window and we asked for a refund. We payed $27 and they only give us $12. Needles to say the service here is one of the worst and I will never go back.
