And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. After traveling for 8+ hours we decided to order togo for dinner. It was delicious, hot and fresh! However, the service was severely lacking - unkind and unpleasant in tone and service (and they forgot the ranch). We understand it was late but they were short and snappy. Not an enjoyable experience.
Food was ready fast, the garlic bread and pasta was tasty, however forgot got grab silverware so had to improvise.
I am not please with this place. If I could give it no stars I would. We got a taco pizza with no refried beans the only thing good was the salad bar. I will never eat here again. TERRIBLE!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 I asked the waitress is this pizza suppose to have refried beans on it she says no I don’t think so I said I will look at the menu and yes it does. The food is good only about 50% of the time and the workers are either leaning against the counter or huddled in little groups talking, every time I pull up to the window or go in to the restaurant, never fails. I used to tip at least $2 no matter what, on online orders. This “business” is the reason why I don’t plan to do that anymore. They can stand and talk, but my order is never even boxed and ready when I arrive, and they have to take the time to scramble and finish putting it in boxes, etc.. We had a party of 15 last night for a birthday party. Customer service was awesome. She was Johnny on the spot with anything. The restaurant was very clean inside and out. The bathrooms were very clean. Believe me young lady you were very much appreciated...just wish I got your name..sorry. The food was perfect Thank you all at Mazzio Very much appreciated
