After hearing of new ownership, we decided to visit. We noticed firstly that it was well lit, smelled fresh and was clean. We were pleasantly greeted and our order promptly taken. We opted for the salad bar; it was clean and being restocked with fresh ingredients. Our pizza came quickly, hot, fresh and was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. I had a bit of an issue with my order this evening and the wonderful woman I spoke with, Anna, was just so kind. She made everything right, plus some. The food was made well and with great flavor and the customer service was right up there with it. 10/10 will return.
First time diners. Young lady at the counter was super friendly and welcoming. Name on our receipt was Amy. Place was very clean and well laid out. Pizza was all thin crust and lots of variety. Hubby prefers thicker crust but I like thin. Salad bar was amazing!!! Desserts were very good. We will be back!
Have not ordered from this location for over a year because of quality issues. Saw reviews saying new management is great so I tried it again. Not very happy, why is my pizza in a pool of grease that's literally dripping off my pizza?
As a former GM of Mazzio's Pizza, I have exceptionally high expectations when it comes to the quality of the food and service. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this location again , and I must say that my experience exceeded all my expectations. Our food was absolutely delicious and it is evident that the new owners takes pride in crafting a quality product.
