Ordered from Mazzios for a decade, they won't refund an order if they get it wrong unless you return the whole pizza and wait for them to make you a new one. I have had this problem (wrong pizza made) so m any times I can not count. I don't even complain anymore because I know they will not give a refund at all--ever. If Mazzios deliver the wrong thing, they should make it right, not just by delivering the proper pizza but offering a refund instead. Don't order from this location. Food is frequently cold and toppings are sparse and unsatisfactory. I tried to call customer service to give feedback about my lousy order and the lady said it sounds to her like I used to work for Mazzio's. What? Where did that come from and what does it matter? No, I have never worked for Mazzio's. I'm just a customer who doesn't want to pay for subpar cold food. I recommend the location at The Farm Shopping Center or one of the stores in Broken Arrow.

Had what they called a three topping pizza. Paid 21 Dollars and Change. The pizza was full of grease. Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve Had. I will not go Back. The place was Better Four years ago. Looked through the windows employees eating. While preparing your meal

The employee who handed us pur food was very nice ans thorough. He gave us complimentary plates and napkins!
