Ordered take out. When I went to the store to pick up, they said they didn't have it. I called the customer service and they have it and it's marked ready. So I go back in and spell out my name and describe my order. They magically had it. The cashier guy looked unkept, dirty shirt and hands, coughing everywhere. Ridiculous staff. I ordered a family meal for pickup and sent my husband in to get it and he's told no such order exists. I call customer service and they see it waiting for pickup. We go back in under 5 minutes and it's there and ready. Their staff is either untrustworthy or uncapable of doing their job. Either way it's not a location I would order from again.

The people working on 1/16/25 were so helpful amazing at there job the cashier was on top of things and really sweet! The food was amazing and great Service! Could not ask for better!!!!

**Disappointed with the Quality and Customer Service** I’ve been a customer of Mazzio’s for a while, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered wings, and they were the smallest, most pathetic wings I’ve ever received from them. It honestly felt like a joke. To make matters worse, I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to get some sort of resolution, but no one ever got back to me. It’s incredibly frustrating as a loyal customer to be completely ignored. We are in town for the weekend and wanted to try a place we hadn't heard of. We were going to order from somewhere else but they were closed. But you know what that was good luck on our part because this place was amazing! The food was hot and tasty. The salad was really big and the toasted ravioli was yummy. The calzone ring was neat and they have really good ranch. All in all very satisfied with our order.
