Ordered from Mazzios for a decade, they won't refund an order if they get it wrong unless you return the whole pizza and wait for them to make you a new one. I have had this problem (wrong pizza made) so m any times I can not count. I don't even complain anymore because I know they will not give a refund at all--ever. If Mazzios deliver the wrong thing, they should make it right, not just by delivering the proper pizza but offering a refund instead. The two guys working here tonight we're extremely rude and hateful to me because they made a mistake and I kindly asked if they could just fix it and give me what I ordered but instead of replacing the pizza for me they acted like I was in the wrong for asking them to fix my pizza that they messed up? I can't believe Mazzios actually hires people like this that just treat customers like crap 😱

Don't order from this location. Food is frequently cold and toppings are sparse and unsatisfactory. I tried to call customer service to give feedback about my lousy order and the lady said it sounds to her like I used to work for Mazzio's. What? Where did that come from and what does it matter? No, I have never worked for Mazzio's. I'm just a customer who doesn't want to pay for subpar cold food. I recommend the location at The Farm Shopping Center or one of the stores in Broken Arrow.
We are in town for the weekend and wanted to try a place we hadn't heard of. We were going to order from somewhere else but they were closed. But you know what that was good luck on our part because this place was amazing! The food was hot and tasty. The salad was really big and the toasted ravioli was yummy. The calzone ring was neat and they have really good ranch. All in all very satisfied with our order.
