I took my children to Mazzios in Richland at lunch time on a Friday around 1:00 & the staff there were quick to get our order, added pizzas to the buffet upon our request, kept our drinks filled, constantly removing empty plates from our table & were always smiling. I give this Mazzios a 5star! Keep up the good work guys!
July 20th 2010 visited location approx 7:30P.M. Asked for a pepperoni and oreo pizza to be added to buffet as soon as we got there. Pizzas were never added. Floors were horrible with silverware, napkins, and pizza on the floor. Store had approx 7 families and was not very busy for a kids night. Salad bar would have been a failure in inspected and manager was not very concerned. After 30 min I went to the manager (female) and asked who the general manager was and contact information. We waited forever...got home and or order was wrong, when I tried to call back to get it corrected...THE MANAGER was rude! Said she couldn't talk to me, Se was with a customer!!! Well what the heck an I!!!??? Guess we should have checcked it before we left when we overheard the manager talking about ALL the wrong orders they had coming back!
