The first two pictures show the pizza I originally received, and the third picture is the corrected pizza after I called and complained. When I got home, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The pizza was cut at strange angles, making it look like slices were taken out — possibly to eat. This was supposed to be a large pizza, but it looked like someone helped themselves. Ordered the family feast and my food was undercooked. Cheese wasn’t even melted. The cinnamon sticks were not edible at all. The food was cold and this was all after waiting 45 minutes for the food. My dog wouldn’t even eat it.

Spent 80$ on a 3 large pizzas, spaghetti with sauce only, 2 salads and a sprite. I was asked to arrive 35 minutes later and proceeded to wait 25-30 more. The man tried to throw all the order at me. I asked for my drink and he was like yeah it's there. So I drive to the parking lot amd park to check my food amd receipt. Was not given my receipt or sprite. I will never 👎 EVER in my life eat at Mazzio’s again. I ordered my carry out order 20 minutes away from Tulsa. I then had to wait 40 minutes before I finally said this is enough waiting. Another customer behind me was angry for the long wait too! I called the customer service line and got a refund and when I entered the store to say I need a refund, I was rudely told to get out of the doorway by the employee who was an African American woman that was thin and tall. Junk food!… Good Pizza but Old Old Pasta!! I’ve got to order something else to eat tonight!! Junk Lasagna hard as a rock and a piece of a hot dog bun for garlic toast served in a soupy yucky tin. Red and white lasagna?? Soup?? No!!! Gonna feed it to the dog!!!
