UPDATE AS OF 2/2/26: We have still not heard from Mazzios about this review. I submitted via their requested form on 1/18/26. ____________________ We have been regular customers of this specific location since April 2022 (when we moved here). The service model is dreadful. I just flown in from our of state. I looked up food nearby and this place looked decent so I drove over. I wish I knew this place is only Drive-Thru Pickup or Delivery. It's a big place and tons of parking so it doesn't make sense why you can't park and order. Fine, I ordered. 30 minute wait. Email showed it was ready. Denise took our order and was extremely patient and helpful that I wanted to take the time to leave a good review, the driver that delivered the pizza was great as well. I'll be ordering from this location again because of the great people I dealt with.
I enjoyed my pizza very much I got the works pizza had everything I wanted on it. the service was wonderful. The service was wonderful employees were very polite and nice to talk to you for a minute. Atmosphere was low because it's just a pickup location not a restaurant.
Absolutely amazing service from a nice young lady at the window. Needs walk-in pickup option, but otherwise great over the phone and waiting for some delicious and fresh pizza. Great value, especially for pick up!
