Not sure why this is rated so low. Basic pizza fair, but cracker thin crust is so nice. If this place were in Houston it would be rates 4.6 or .7

The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was traveling through. I decided I wanted a salad bar. It was an hour before close and everybody was very accommodating. However, I have been eating Mazzio’s for a long time and I feel like the pizza has changed.

Well first of all we had a large order placed for a soccer party for Saturday at 11:30 over the weekend, and we showed up nothing was written down or maybe. The manager was on vacation and we were told. It was pretty embarrassing to walk with the whole soccer team and all the parents to wait when we nearly dropped over $130 in food! Between the 3 people on shift they had everything out so fast!! I was so happy! Hillary is the one who corrected all this and took care of our situation on Saturday. Filled out the survey felt a bit like you guys hustled me with the free buffet if I buy a second buffet and drink the print really led me to believe I would buy drink and get free buffet . How am I to eat 2 buffets Wasted energy on the survey . Any way changed my previous 5 star to 1 . Thanks for the time

The food is decent, and the restaurant was clean. The pasta dishes are really high in calories so you may want to split them with someone. I liked their mini meatball bake.
