This doesn’t even deserve a one star. We had the worst experience at this Mazzios for our delivery order. We ordered last Saturday at 11:15am. Our order was number 4 of the day since they had just opened. We were quoted 30-40 min which is acceptable. After an hour, I called the call center and was told that our food was on the way. By far the worst food I've received from a mazzios. Other locations have always been good but over the last couple years of going to the Glenpool location it has gone downhill quick. After paying $58 for food I'd expect to receive much better quality but this is inexcusable.
The store can get pretty busy at times, but staff members are always hospitable to people waiting in the lounge. My favorite menu item is the Cinnaboli and they make it very well
I got the Ham & Cheese Hoagie. Maybe my expectations were too high. Sandwich was “good” taste-wise… but for $9.50 I expected a much bigger sandwich. It was maybe 2” longer than a 6” from Subway. Very little meat… very little veggies… small bread. Not worth $10 in my opinion. It did come with A FEW tasty fries tho 😆.
I had won a free pizza at the Army vs TU game,so ordered it..said ready in 20 min. About 45 min. later, and after several people had come and gone before me...I was feeling like maybe if I slipped them a few bills maybe it would expedite the receipt of my pizza...they are the last place I think of when I'm feeling like having some pizza
