By far the worst food I've received from a mazzios. Other locations have always been good but over the last couple years of going to the Glenpool location it has gone downhill quick. After paying $58 for food I'd expect to receive much better quality but this is inexcusable.

Absolutely the worse service I've ever had experienced! Order over $80 of food and picked up after she read off everything I ordered. Got home and I was missing a speciality pizza, $20 medium pizza, was told they won't bring it to me and to go pick it up and ask for a mng discount! NAH! She said i cant do anything for you and to call corp who told me she would take care of me! Will never order from them again!

This doesn’t even deserve a one star. We had the worst experience at this Mazzios for our delivery order. We ordered last Saturday at 11:15am. Our order was number 4 of the day since they had just opened. We were quoted 30-40 min which is acceptable. After an hour, I called the call center and was told that our food was on the way. A small town Mazzio’s should not have a lunch buffet. It’s old no matter what time you arrive. You have to cut the pieces yourself practically. I’ve come here three times and it’s always the same. They are playing some kind of dubstep music really loud. You can hear it all throughout the store.

I usually do pre timed pick up and pay ahead of time. Half the time it's ready when it says the other half unfortunately might got forgotten with the customers in store. The food is always great. Sometimes the planing ahead doesn't work out but 50/50 is ok it's the food that makes up for it.
