How does it take 45 mins to get a pizza 2 miles from the store in collinsville. This isnt Dallas Texas. Collinsville has like what? 3 thousand people? Do better . Hire more millennials and get the pizza here faster. Takes like 12 mins to make a pizza from start to box . And 5 minutes to drive here
Our order was 2 pizzas 1 medium and 1 small, cheese sticks + pepperoni and cinnastix. The toppings ordered for the medium were on the small and the toppings for the small were on the medium and there was no pepperoni on the cheese sticks. I'm not sure how an order got so messed up ! Calling the number on the receipt gets you to a call center and when I asked to speak to someone at the store, I was denied. That isn't what I was expecting and a $40 credit for a $60 order isn't what I call customer satisfaction.
No ranch or marinara for pepperollies nor red sauce on pizza. Order took one hour and 15 minutes not 25 to 35 minutes
Wife and I got two salad bars and the pepperollis. Both were amazing! Staff was great!
Always a cold, fresh salad bar and a variety of hot pizza on their buffet and staff that treat you like family. Love this Mazzios!
