Called in an order for family night only to find out that Blanchard Mazzios "does not participate in the online Mega Meal promotion" causing a $20+ increase in the cost of the meal. I was curious, so after picking up my $75 order, I went online to see if this discount was available at this location or not. I was able to get all the way to the payment page with no issues so I am very confused on whether or not I should just make the order online next time. The Pizza was great, but the wings were like breaded very soft and seems sweet like added sugar in the ingredients, I ate only 3 on the 10 I ordered. The lemon pepper was not on point. The service was good, they took long on my order and 3 other big groups got their food before me. And I was alone. The atmosphere was very plain. TV didn't work. No art, or style. The only good item was Pizza and it was on point.
We have been here twice pizza has been okay and decent but the wings are absolutely horrendous. They were not cooked, slimy and poorly made.
This used to be good pizza but the last year or so it just sucks. Time to find another place for pizza
45 minutes and still waiting on an order for pickup (email said ready in 25 minutes). The restaurant is completely empty. Unreal. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
