Stopped into Mazzio's recently for lunch and was really pleased. All the pizzas on the buffet were hot and fresh, full of ingredients and not at all what you'd expect of 'buffet pizza'. Salad bar was well stocked with really fresh ingredients. People were overly friendly, the place was spotlessly clean, which made for a really nice lunch experience.

I’m done giving Mazzios the benefit of the doubt. This meal was terrible. We tried to eat the pizza and calzone, thinking it would get better. I’m so disappointed & hate wasting money. This was about $32 wasted. Save your money and calories for something better.

I wanted a pizza with half red sauce and ranch sauce. They couldn't do that. So I ended up having to get 2 pizzas. The pizza was good, and the salad bar was good. The price was more than we planned to spend. I will make sure to go on the buffet day from here on out.

We shall see what service is like today. On 7/24/22. Ordered bone in Wings dry rub and a pepperoni ham sausage pizza thin crust. 52 minutes in and still food. Mind you, I am order number 16 and 5 blocks from this location. I figure 35 to 45 minutes should be sufficient. We are now 1 hour 29 min in. Food arrived delivery driver polite food hot and in good shape. The last service should have been a -5. Overall, based on today's service, you all are now a 3. Ordered online. It was hot, fresh good and ready when they said it would be. Atmosphere? Really. Its Mazzios sooooo
