My wife and I went there the other day to use my birthday coupon. The menu says gluten-free on wings, and she got hers they weren't, and the manager felt bad that she was misconceived by the menu and took care of our bill and made her a crust less pizza. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to take care of her.
Taco Pizza with extra Cheddar. I didn't think it looked right but I thought maybe the rest is buried underneath the cheese. It wasn't. I wasn't given a Taco Pizza, I was given a sausage pizza. Completely different taste. I haven't ordered from Mazzios in quite a while for a reason, because I would wait an hour and sometimes my order came and sometimes it never did. Call in to pick up order at 11 AM. Tell me it would be 15 minutes. I get there, they’re not very busy but took another 35 minutes to get my pizza. Don’t know what the deal is but not good. Customer service. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back to Matthew‘s or not. Not a good experience and I tipped them two bucks to pick my order up not Happy. People came in at 8:30 lunch and left before I got my order.
We absolutely loved this place. The Italian sandwich with fries was amazing!!! The pizza was yummy and drinks are FREE on Sunday! They offer lots of different wing flavors with both traditional & boneless. They even have a option to build your own lasagna and tons of other options & offer a lunch buffet during the week. We got lots of quality food for a great value and we even had an entire pizza left to bring with us.
The food is good and they keep the buffet full. The atmosphere is nice. The air conditioning was a little cold, but other then that is a nice place to eat. They have a nice salad bar also. The brownies are very good.
