They have an excellent tasting chicken spinach alfredo pizza! The pizza was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce, a nice amount toppings, and a generous amount of cheese! We ordered via Uber eats and it was delivered hot and fresh to our hotel. The only disappointment was the failure to provide requested plates and napkins.
This place has gotten terrible and your dark haired manager is the worst. Multiple bad experiences with her, multiple times of trying to double charge, rude, hateful, and the service sucks. Please get rid of her she has completely made this store horrible. When she gets called out on over charging she immediately goes to “I’m going to call the police” she’s a joke and tries to hide behind “she doesn’t know how”. Get rid of her and get someone worth it in there.
Disgusting and inedible. Customer service in call center were helpful but had to jump through hoops for store to agree to refund. Awful.
The pizza? Eh… it was okay. Not awful, just tasted like it lost interest in being pizza about halfway through. We ordered wings too… which the restaurant apparently treated as more of a creative challenge than an actual order. Didn’t realize they were missing until I got home. This used to be one of our favorite places to get pizza. We waited in line at the take out window for 30 minutes past our pick up time. Then at the window for an additional 10 min!! The person at the window could not be any slower. It was a very bad experience. Back to Marcos for us.
