I’m like 80% sure they handed us two boxes that I’ve been sitting there while I’m standing there waiting on an order and nobody bothered to check the name until just a minute ago. The store appeared more interested and concerned with the bigger orders and had no idea what was going on. We placed our order at 7:25, was told it would be ready in 16 minutes and did not receive our food until 8:22. This is unacceptable.
We have been here in November and again, tonight. Last time they failed to process my order. This time, we came for the buffet. There were only 2 pieces of pizza, and they did not make more. We ordered a pepperoni calzone since they would not make more for the buffet. Tables were not cleaned. Only 2 waitresses with multiple tables stacked with dirty dishes. 3 men working in the kitchen area. One of them yelled at the waitresses for all of us to hear. Another family did not get their food. No buffet on Saturday. We just got the salad bar. It was not that good. Lettuce was kinda wilty. Very few customers.
Ordered a sandwich and saw it sitting on the end of the oven conveyor for 10 minutes getting cold. Had to go ask to get the cold sandwich that should have been at least warm.
Hope you like burnt pizza! Two of our three pizzas were burnt to a black char. We went to this location rather than the closer one because it had better reviews. We waited 10 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. I guess we know where the ten minutes went! Whomever owns these franchises must be asleep at the wheel because all of the BA ones have poor reviews.
