Went in last night for pickup had to wait an extra 30 minutes past the 40 minutes when my food was supposed to be ready. No sorry for your wait. No would you like any cheese or peppers. Just threw it on the counter said here and walked off. Got home to cold wings and pizza. Woke up this morning with explosive diarrhea. Do not recommend!

This is the second time within the past four weeks that I’ve tried to visit this establishment in person. The first time the staff seemed like none of them wanted to assist me while I was waiting in the lobby area. I waited a good long while until someone finally came to help. Today I pulled up to the establishment at 11 o’clock, and the doors were locked. I made eye contact with employees through the glass and none of them came to the door to assist me. I had a pizza delivered this evening, the order was placed at 6:00 pm and my instructions were to "knock on the door" but that did not happen. It was supposed to take 30-40 to be delivered and after 50 min. my husband opened the door and the pizza was sitting at the edge of the steps on the second floor of our apartment. The pizza was cold $12.99 and the 16oz. container of homemade ranch dressing $5.49 was hot. When we opened the box, it looked as though it had been thrown to its resting place to the second floor. I've ordered 2 pizzas while stuck in hospital. One online and one thru call center.. Each time I've asked for square cut so my mom can eat the pizza is smaller slices. Ad photos show Mazzios doesn't read well and needs to not offer an option they don't do. Stores manager quote was "I don't know" both times.

This location is a pick-up place. The place was clean. The person who took the order was efficient and looked for the better prices. I waited in my car and he brought me the pizzas whe. They were ready. That was very kind of him.
