My lease just ended and I want to say how amazing Trent was. He always answered all of my questions and maintenance requests. He was truly amazing and deserves a raise! Our building went thought a lot this year and he was always there managing it. 5-stars for Trent!
Trent is very responsible. He came with another person to check the fridge issue and figure out a solution, and then he replaced the fridge with another two people. He also helped to solve the mouse issue. He is very nice and kind, and fix all issues quickly. I am very satisfied with his work, and also the representatives who answered my phone.
I lived at 1102 Boylston Street for a whole year and our maintenance was usually taken care of by Trent. He is a really polite, prompt and friendly technician. He always made sure that our concerns were addressed and any repairs/reinstallations were done keeping our availability and convenience in mind. We never had a bad experience with him. He is one of the best anyone can get while their time at Boylston.
