Wish I could give a ZERO because that's the service they provide. We were assigned this company back in April to fix some things in the kitchen. I made a comment how when I called American Home Shield and told them about multiple issues with the kitchen that they could do it all on 1 service call. He wasn't pleased AT ALL about that, giving off a very rude vibe. The items in the kitchen needed to get replaced or repaired. Similar experience to others. Said the refrigerator was too complex and told us the problem could be solved by just unplugging it for 48 hours. One week later we called back (bc obviously unplugging it didn’t work) and he never responded. Now it says the business is “closed”
On site service technician, Brian at MC2 Appliance Service, was prompt, polite, and thorough in his diagnosis and ultimately helped us with our claim with the insurance company to get a new wall-mounted microwave. Would definitely recommend and work with him again.
I have worked with multiple appliance companies in the past. This time American Home shield referred to Working with MC2 Appliance Service was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, the repair specialist did not have adequate knowledge of the components of the name brand washer . Brian provided friendly and professional service for my work order with MC2 Appliance Service. He was knowledgeable and helpful and was able to successfully repair my dishwasher and swap out a part for my stovetop range. I would recommend to others needing appliance maintenance. The company was automatically assigned to be by my AHS warranty.
