I signed up before the winter storm and no reply. I went in and then signed up again for new service and a tank. They still haven't contacted me. I will not be using them. It sounds like they need more help. Now the young man that fills the tanks, he is really nice and professional. He told me to contact the other office., but it doesn't help. They just don't care.

Clinton had paid us a visit, when we first moved in and introduced himself. He gave us his card. I had called the office a month before we needed the propane to establish an account ( I didn’t need the propane filled yet) and they answered all my questions and allowed me to use my $50.00 coupon for new customers. When I contacted the office staff this week, they were friendly and gave me an appointment in the same week. We used to use them until till ice storm we had and we called them Monday and the lady said they couldn’t give us a definite date or time right then which we totally under she did since we were a regular customer she would move us to priority list now that was Monday so Tuesday went by then Wednesday went by husband kept calling to find out what a priority list meant to them because we were in the red now. Called 7 time for emergency service, under contract, on my generator with NO response. 80 years old with No electricity is not good.

I know they are busy because of the storm but we have been on there list for 3 day and they can’t even tells where we are on their list. We have been out of propane since yesterday.
