Done a lot of business with these guys and the one that’s always kept me around is Haley, the new hires have repeatedly given me problems and have always seemed less than excited to help. As of today my business leaves with Haley, she’s a professional and I refuse to support a company that could see her as anything other than that.

I have been a customer for 3 years and I could not be happier. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and the field staff is exceptional. I have a difficult location to access, and they do a great job managing that while being very friendly and knowledgeable. They are what you think of when you think of hometown service. A huge shoutout to McAdams Propane for their incredible service during the U.S. National Hot Air Balloon Championships in Longview, Texas! Their team went above and beyond — Events like this don’t happen without strong partners, and McAdams Propane delivered every single day. Thank you for keeping us flying and for being such an integral part of a successful championship week! I wish I had a picture of them doing their job. However, it is not safe to take pictures while refueling a hot air balloon with Propane.

We had our propane tank serviced by Aaron out of the Henderson location. He was polite and very knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be doing business with him again.
