If I could get away with not giving any stars, I would. From the very 1st call, NOBODY was on the same page! I got "disconnected" several times while I was talking to them, sent in ALL the paperwork several times and had to re-send them in several times. I told them that I needed to have a script for my furbabies while I was trying to get my prescriptions in order because my body doesn't handle prescriptions well and was told that was possible. Very VERY unprofessional. Morgan B. in their billing department is very rude. They had my insurance information on file and contacted me 2 YEARS after my date of service demanding I pay the claim in FULL stating they didn't have insurance information on file and it has been to long for me to file with insurance. Morgan B. in billing then got very hostile with me demanding I pay the amount or they will take me to court and seek all expenses. This is the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. My daughter was not given a prescription refill when she needed. They do not have a way to send charts from the Elkhart office to the Warsaw office. Our appointment was cancelled because they left the chart in Elkhart. I was blamed for going back and forth between the two offices. This is really not a center with 2 sites. You have to choose one or the other . This is the most dysfunctional counseling center I have ever attended. They never answer the phone, the receptionist is rude and the billing department is horrible!
