Best dental practice ever! Very professional, compassionate and kind staff. I was treated with the utmost care from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Dr. Lam, Stephanie, Fran and Courtney were the names I could remember but everyone was great. Thank you all! McCarl and Dental Group provides that safe space for all your dental needs.
Dr. Perez gave me the most painless injection I have ever had and my procedure was efficient and comfortable from start to finish. I also have to mention that I am a big fan of their Mac Practice system, Check In and Check out as a new patient was a breeze, very easy going experience in a calm clean atmosphere. 11/10 highly recommend!
Excellent. I got my appointment time wrong and as a result, I arrived 20 minutes late for my dental cleaning. I apologized profusely to Nancy, my Dental Hygienist. She was most kind and gracious in spite of my lateness throwing off her schedule. She could have rescheduled me or just stopped the procedure when her next patient arrived. Instead Nancy cheerfully completed my cleaning, after which she took the time to show me how to brush my teeth properly in order to prevent the cavities, plaque and gum recession I’m currently ... read more
