The store is well organized and that makes the process of looking for products less overwhelming. In store we were offered good advice to help us make decisions. Measurement occurred the very next day which was helpful since this is our vacation home. Installation occurred in a timely manner and was completed as expected. We enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend McCartney carpets.
