Everyone in the office is very friendly, professional and helpful. I feel like I had a thorough eye exam and all my questions were answered by the doctor. They have a nice selection of frames for glasses and sunglasses and I didn't feel rushed and making a decision on my frames. Would recommend this office.
All personnel were very accommodating and professional in providing evaluations of my visual acuity. Frame selection was very exciting and so many choices were available. Erika was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Lindsay McCauley made my day with her very thorough exam and help with selecting types of lenses as well as sunglasses. All in all, a most enjoyable and beneficial visit to your Gibsonia location.
Wonderful place for an eye exam and to find glasses and contacts. Dr Lindsay is the best and the staff in the Gibsonia office is outstanding. Always very welcoming and caring. Been going here for several years and my grown son who lives in NYC, still schedules his appts for when he is home for the holidays.
I have 4 children and I recommend if you have kids the staff is great with them. Even if you don't have kids, everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable! Great place and environment!
We had a wonderful experience. My daughter was needing a vision check and the entire staff was so patient and absolutely wonderful with her. She left smiling and excited for her new glasses!
