RecommendedAfter 2yrs of renting a home from McCourt in Midland, TX I can say its been a wonderful experience. My family and I were the first renters in a brand new home, so we've only had a few minor issues (with storms mainly) but each time we submitted a maintenance request they were Johnny on the spot. Just last week, our microwave stopped heating food and they had a replacement in by diner the following evening. I honestly, don't have any complaints.
