After getting outrageous price quote from another company. I’ve decided to get a second opinion. I came across McCoy and son on google and rest is history. They were able to repair my hvac unit within 2 hours of Initial call and was reasonably priced where I didn’t feel as I was being taken advantage of. Overall great experience and i won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
Air conditioning unit stopped working last Wednesday. Our AC unit stopped working and we were given the name of a “reliable” repair company. They came out and within minutes said we needed to replace both units. One was working fine. The next day I called McCoy & Son and Lee came to our house. He was polite and professional. After checking the air handler in the basement he found the problem. The unit was working perfectly except the pump wasn’t fully plugged in causing the it to stop working in order to prevent a flood. Chris is not only extremely knowledgeable, he is an amazing person. They came in and have saved my renovation. It is extremely difficult to find people that will not take advantage of you when you are renovating your home.
