I used to have great service with this agency. Appears they may have sold or outsourced their agency to “view by hub”. It’s impossible for me to update/change a policy. The view by hub advisor transfers me to the carrier and the carrier transfers me back to the agency. Overall, awful experience.

Megan is amazing! She knows her stuff and was very quick with anything I needed. If only every place had excellent knowledgeable staff like her. Highly recommend, don't wait! She saved me over $500 a month. I'm speechless how quick and painless the whole process was. Forever grateful. Thank you again Megan!!!!

We needed to find better and more cost efficient insurance in short order and MsDonald IG stepped in and found a solution in prompt form! Megan was extremely prompt and attentive, which is the exception in the industry at present, and her professionalism, knowledge and tenacity to find a solution with our unique needs that yielded more coverage at a lower cost are greatly appreciated! It was a very pleasant and successful experience!
