Customer service over the phone was great and fantastic to deal with. However the installer was 45 minutes late after calling and confirming the appointment. But was still 45 minutes late. When he arrived he complained a lot about how his back was hurting and that he shouldn’t have been there. Very rude and arrogant to talk with.
The guy was very patient and waited on me running late he was very kind and also funny
