This company has zero customer service! I bought a 2017 ktm brand new and thought it would be a smart idea to get the extended warranty. Fast forward to 2021 with almost 2 years left on the contract and I start having electrical issues, after numerous calls to Western Service corp and no one answering the phone or returning my messages I decide to cancel the contract. You mentioned on our call you also self-diagnosed/corrected the electrical issue yourself. For any future issues. if any, please take the vehicle to a powersports dealer for diagnosis and they can submit a claim on your behalf for coverage. Horrible warranty. Is very misleading in the contract! buyer beware.! Be sure to check out page two if you are to look into buying this extended warranty. Also be aware that towing fees are "included". No they are not. They only pay for $100 of the towing TO the shop. They won't pay for hauling the machine back to your house, and that's ONLY if they decide the machine is "under warranty for that issue".
