I have been working with McGraw Powersports for nearly 7 years now. I take care of all of the warranty claims for our dealership. McGraw is customer-oriented on so many levels. I almost never see a blind denial of a claim, but rather a call from one of the claims team (Alan and Tony are the absolute best) to see how we can help the customer in some way.
