I am a friend or relative of a resident I visited this facility for the first time with my mother as we looked for a place for my grandparents. It was beautiful. It had a very classy look to it. It looked like a fine home not a institutional home. The staff was very attentive and the residents seemed to be very happy. I am a friend or relative of a resident My best friend's grandmother has been at McKinley Health Care center for about 2 years now. She had a stroke and needed more care than the family was able to give. She is thriving at this facility. She's doing very well with continues physical therapy and has regained most of the control in her arm. The employees take great care of her. I am a current client of this provider When visiting this facility for the first time in order to evaluate it for my mother, I noticed that the staff was beyond friendly and willing to go out of their way to answer any questions that I had. After admitting my mother into the facility I am beyond happy with their service and their ability to care for patients as if they were their own family. I am a friend or relative of resident Dark and uninviting. Although there are several employees I have witnessed who indeed very much care for those in the facility, there are far too many who do not. Unsanitary conditions resulting in a serious infection for a loved one at the facility led me to pull my loved out of the facility. Bottom of the list for acceptable criteria in healthcare.
