The doctors are great and appointments are almost always available as soon as you need one. My review is based on the fact that I forgot my diaper bag and when I went to pick it up my wallet was missing $100. I know its some of my fault for forgetting my crying 4 month olds diaper bag but that still shouldn't have happened.
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my child's prescription today. Following our morning appointment, I had to call twice to follow up. During the first call, I was assured it would be sent immediately, yet two hours later the pharmacy still had nothing. I've now had to call a third time only to find out it still hasn't been processed. This delay is unacceptable when a child is waiting for necessary medication. If I can give zero stars I would I liked the nurse practitioner Trizia Isaac But the man that gives the kids shots has absolutely no patience at all, like none. When he gave my daughter her shots, he made a scratch on her leg. Then I went back for my son’s My 3 had to get a lead shot for PreK 3, and he was moving and crying my sons(stronger than me was helping hold him) he did not tell me he couldn’t get the blood. They were able to see my daughter for a sick visit the same day. We were attended to quickly and waited less than 10 minutes for a room. Once in the room, it was less than 10 minutes for Dr. Rico to come in. He did great with my 4 yr old and we would definitely go back to see him again.
I am disappointed with how my child’s sick visit was handled. My child was denied care because your office stated he was not up to date on his annual checkup based on information showing through the insurance system. However, he is in fact current on his annual visit, and the inaccurate information reflected by the insurance provider was outside of my control.
