Betty is always so welcoming when I come in. She checks me in quickly, acknowledges both me and my children, and always makes us feel comfortable. She is sweet and makes the entire check-in process smooth and easy. All of the doctors are very kind and professional as well. I love coming here! Great clinic with amazing staff. As soon as you come in they greet you and make you feel welcome. The front is so friendly and patient. The nurses are so polite. Most of the times I get Stacy or Alejandra , they are so gentle with my kids. I Always try to make appointment with Ms. Fiser best provider ever, fast and caring.
I had a great experience during my son’s appointment, and I especially want to recognize Stacy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional the entire time. She made my son feel comfortable and he left the appointment happy which says a lot…! She also took the time to answer my questions and showed genuine care. It’s not always easy bringing kids to appointments, but Stacy made the whole experience pretty smooth.
I’ve had such a great experience at this pediatrician’s office. NP Fiser is absolutely wonderful with my child—always patient, attentive, and thorough. She takes the time to listen to any concerns and makes sure everything is clearly explained, which really puts me at ease as a parent. Elana at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming. We absolutely love Park Plaza Pediatrics! All of the doctors are amazing with kids and always make my child feel comfortable and at ease. They never rush through appointments and always answer all our questions. Nurse Stacy is wonderful..so kind, gentle, and always has a smile on her face. Highly recommended practice for families.
