Dr. NAVYA SINGIRIKONDA, M.D. outstanding customer service this lady has a passion for her job. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana it's been hard finding a doctor that can fulfill you with the services that you need. She is truly awesome and you best believe I do not care if she moved all the way down to Houston. I will make sure I get a Medicaid cab to get that type of service she gives !!!Kids pediatrics.
Just by walking in this facility you know your going to be taken care of with love...smells and look so clean, big smiles and professional front desk! They take the time to explain my baby vaccinations and did it so quick! Great place for kids!
if I could give this place negative stars i would PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT bring your baby here especially if your not of the spanish race !! the front desk reps are RUDE except for 1 that I've encountered . I had a check up for my 3 month old baby they scheduled me at a closing time and said they can't take us and had no remorse no sympathy or anything didnt even offer to reschedule there are other GREAT doctors offices in the area like Comprehensive pediatric care that I've switched to and they are Immaculate!!! please do... read more
Front office staff is the worst to work with. Customer Service Training 101 needed here. Have called for two (2) days in a row and after holding to scheduled an appointment the phone automatically hangs up. Is there no one to answer the phones and scheduled appointments? They ask you to arrive early to fill out paperwork. In our case we are a CASH paying family so the arrive early is not for the paperwork but to make sure they collect their payment up front. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with these people. Everything started when I came here to get my FMLA paperwork signed for my job. I was never notified at all children's pediatric is switching to MD Kids pediatric. They told me because of the transition none of the doctors there have their certificates to see a bluecross blue shield patient. They sent me to the clinic down buckner in the MD family clinic. Came to this place for my 6 month old for the first time(switched doctors) and I personally love children's but omg. Had an appointment scheduled for 10:15am but they told me to show up at 9:45-9:50 to fill out paperwork, which I did. Waited over an hour to be called, I asked the lady in the front how long it'll take and she said the rooms were full... but yet everyone who went in after us got called within 10 minutes.
