Minimum hour wait PAST your appointment - they want you to be 10min early so you can sit and wait. This review is a year in the making, every single appointment, every single time, 45min in the lobby then moved to a room for another 20-30min wait for provider to give you 5min. This place absolutely sucks with appointment setting and management. That being said, the nurses and providers are wonderful people, definitely over booked
The doctors, Nurses, and staff are always so kind and welcoming!! Wether its slow or busy they are always calm and kind to the kids. My Daughter loves coming here We use to go to a different doctors office and she would always cry when i would tell her she had an appointment now she gets so excited! Thanks Ladies 🤍
We've been longtime patient of Dr Begum,great doctor!And Aracely always has been so sweet and careful with my son. They have a strong connection and he feels safe with her when she checks on him. Thank you for the love and support with the kids.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at my newborn’s first pediatric appointment. Despite this being my baby’s very first visit at just a few days old, we never saw a doctor — only a nurse — even though my baby was healthy and this was meant to be an important initial checkup. The nurse recommended repeating a jaundice test and handed me a paper for blood work with instructions to go to the hospital where my baby was born and present it at the ER.
