I had a great experience at Almouie Pediatrics. The clinic was welcoming, efficient, and clearly focused on providing quality care. Nurse Practitioner Sheila truly stood out—she was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and took the time to listen without making the visit feel rushed. Her calm and caring approach made a strong impression. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and I would highly recommend this clinic, especially NP Sheila.
We have been coming here for years because both Sheila and Elyana are wonderful. It didn't matter that they always had plumbing issues and therefore a strong sewer smell or that I moved cities so going there meant a long drive. However, the front desk staff changes have been a MAJOR step down. We drove 40 minutes for my daughter’s 8 year old visit, only to be turned away because her birthday is in three days. Would give 0 stars if possible. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was audibly irritated, huffing and puffing on the phone to get my sick kids on the schedule. Waited 20mins on hold just to schedule. Arrived at 9:02 with appointments at 9, 9:15, 9:30 & 9:45. At check in the the bigger receptionist was rolling her eyes at me. At 9:30 I was told it was a long wait because they double booked patients and didn't know what time my sick kids with appointments starting at 9am would be able to go back to see the Dr.
Love Almouie! All the staff, the front, nurses, Ms Shelia and Ms Elyana, are so welcoming! My family loves coming here. Everyone makes my children feel welcome. They answer all my questions and I do not feel rushed. Very clean and time efficient. They all show love, care and dedication to thier job and the patients families.
I had such a wonderful experience at Almouie Pediatrics. From the moment I walked in, the front staff was welcoming, organized, and so friendly. The care continued all the way to the back staff, they were patient, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about their patients. I’m so grateful for the kindness and quality of care we received. Highly recommend!
