My daughter has been coming to this clinic since she was born, and she is now 2½ years old. We absolutely love it here! The entire staff is always so kind, caring, and welcoming. I recently had my second baby a month ago, and he comes here as well. Anytime my daughter is sick, I can call and get her an appointment very quickly—usually the same day, which is such a relief as a parent. I was worried about finding great care once I moved back to the area. My kids have been seeing Ms. Daphne since 2021 and we love her. She provides great care, listens to all concerns. She educates me on issue related to my girls and provides a plan of action to get them health and on track. The office staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Best choice of medican facility in Ellis county! Truly helpful front desk and doctors as well as the NP, attentive, courteous and polite. Never once felt pressured or uncomfortable with my questions or request. Was able to get in and out fairly quick. Prescription was sent quick without second request. My son had exactly what they thought and was able to get treatment quick and stop the infection. This was a peace of mind for me knowing I can count on them. I’ve been coming here for about 4years after relocating from another county. The office is wonderful! The doctors are phenomenal but the icing on the cake is Ms.Jaqueline at the front desk!!! This woman is amazing! She is always professional and provides exceptional customer service!!! Jacqueline needs a raise or her own assistant. This office is great and you can tell they care about your children . Thank you all

Thank you to Dr. Rebecca and Isabel. Dr. Rebecca took the time to walk me through my diagnosis step by step and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Isabel was fast and attentive during the visit. The front desk staff was also very friendly and scheduled my appointment quickly. Keep up the great work!
