Very kind staff. They got my 20 year old, sick cat in on very short notice when quite literally every vet within 20 miles that is not an emergency vet could not get me in for another 4+ days. Thankfully, she's feeling much better and is almost back to her precious, loving self, and without them accommodating us, I don't think she'd be here with us today. Thank you!
They had inaccurate records for my dog when took in for visit. Sent me an email 2 days after visit saying she is past due for shots. Unorganized and unprofessional seem lazy. Exam was very quick and didn't seem to be a complete check. I will find another resource for my Vet needs.
Let me make this more clear, the vet that treated my dog was a new person who was rude and they didn’t know what they were doing, because of that they gave my dog a rabies shot that had something wrong with it, (the only reason we found out it was from a bad vaccine was from another vet that said my dogs disease was caused by a contaminated vaccine) which led to my dog dying shortly after, every time we asked what was wrong with her they said that the way she was acting was normal since she was getting older even though we... read more
Great staff, clean, professional, fair cost for service, good follow-up care. I trust them fully with my house cats and when needed to assist with feral cats spay and neuter.
The facility always smells great. The staff is professional, helpful, friendly and caring. My dogs never complain about them. Dr Andrew's is wonderful. Absolutely love this place. Thank you Dr Andrew's and staff for caring for my children.
