It’s a good place to live on a fixed income. It’s for seniors 62 & up & for underage disabled. I’ve been here for 6yrs. The manager Karen is a great person. The maintenance Milton & Clayton do the best they can for all 140 something apts and are good at it. Our Van Driver Mr James is an awesome individual also.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and have recommended it to everyone I know who is interested in finding apartment for seniors on a fixed income. 2 of my friends have also moved into the complex. The manager and maintenance guys are great at getting things done in a timely manner.
Don’t move here warning! This people in the neighborhood are so disrespectful. These older people who live here are bad. The apartment are out dated cabinets are old.When you need work done inside the Apartment it will not get done even if you put a work order in.Don’t move your grandmother here she will not even this place at all.
Not handicap friendly no elevators and handicap have to live on second floor.
The landlord is never here and when you call for a problem they NEVER answer the phone you have to call 50 times or more they also NEVER answer emergency calls eather you have to call the emergency line at least 50 times or more and they NEVER answer the phone I RATHER LIVE IN HEAVEN THEN HERE and by the way they say the hours for when they work but when those hours are here they are off this place can go to the dumps I think the workers should be fired
