This was a really great experience for a new patient to this office. I completed everything online and there was no wait. My room was ready for me to be seen for my emergency. The nurse was AMAZING and the front office staff was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I hope to not have another emergency but if I do. I will choose this Amazing urgent care facility. Thank you for the great care. My one recommendation on what could be a growth moment was just a follow up call after my visit.
Nurse Practitioner Ms. E. Everett was incredibly gracious and professional. She immediately understood what was wrong and knew exactly what needed to be done. She comforted both me and my daughter, making us feel safe and truly cared for. Her ability to diagnose my condition quickly and provide the right medication was impressive—and she did it all with kindness and compassion. Brought my 7 year old son here with concerns of appendicitis after having stomach pains for more than 24 hours just for the doctor to be in and out in 3 minutes telling me it was a stomach virus. As a mom I knew something was not right after my son was not eating or drinking and was very lethargic so I took him to the ER and turned out to be appendicitis. The staff was very professional and nice but I would definitely save yourself a trip if you want to be heard.
Walked into this facility with no wait, all forms were with a QR code. Receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful from start to finish. We then met NP Kris who examined my daughter, he is very knowledgeable, thorough with his examination, has a ton of patience, he handled my daughter's concern, immediately suggested a couple options, and we didn't wait long for them to be done. Everyone is so great from front receptionist, nurse's assistant to the practitioner. I felt heard and listened to. I was able to be seen, EGK and an xray within an hour of being there. Everything from signing in to checking out was a breeze. There isn't 50 pages to fill out lol. Great prices compared to most of the urgent care centers around here. I'm so thankful I went here.
