Worst professional service that I’ve experienced in my life. Right at this moment, I am sitting in the waiting room after 2 hours passed from my appointment time. The guy at the reception was very rude responding to my complaint basically telling me that he doesn’t care and I have to complaint to the doctor. If it wasn’t because a I have an undefined eye condition, I would have left already. I am not surprised why this institution has so bad reviews.
